I purchased a pint and used half of it on the bumper and hitch assembly. The catch with POR-15 is that you shouldn't work directly out of the can because it starts to set-up as soon as it is exposed to air. You should pour off into a separate container only what you can apply in 15-20 minutes. In thinking back on my application, I used approximately 4 oz for the bumper and then 4 more oz for the hitch assembly, so working directly out of the can might work for you if you think you will use all of the 4 oz up in one application.
